I think it would be a good joke but would only be temporiary. I remember this Filipino lady one time put some garlic oil around for state survey once and she put so much people were getting sick. I guess she thought it would bring luck, but people who had to breath that stuff failed to see the humor.

I’ll take the blame for that as I guess I could have been more clear, but right now, I can’t think how. Maybe the morrow will bring me more clarity (;-)

I got a better idea. How about we the people send them a bill . One for all the internal spending, gas, cars, food bills they didnt pay out of their own pocket, jets, too many sub workers, let them do their own work, hair dressers,(internal revenue lol)  the other for the dollar devaluation caused by the printing press. Yep, instead of tea bags or with it, everyone send them a bill.

Keep them coming from GATA. Or wherever.

Copied & sent that on to a number of friends.

One couple visited us from Palm Springs New Years Day.
We drove them around our 44 sq mile habitat of Southern California Sandiego County Agriculture/Swiss Alps humanity here and then went for an excellent lunch.

He’s a bit more senior than this ‘kid’ but we’ve known each other for over 35 yrs. Got talking about various investments, and surprisingly, we both overlapped on almost everything……..

…….except the ownership of Gold Stocks and Physical.

He asked about some info on same, which I’ve e-mailed to him.

I’m not sure you’re smelling what I’m smelling.  Strongly scented tea bags, perfumed with whatever you want, as long as it isn’t against the law.  Imagine the worst stink you’ve ever experienced, then multiply it by millions and put it in post offices around the country, piece by piece.  This would literally shut the system down if done to the extent I envision.  You don’t think it would be effective? I have no doubt that it would be.  Cheap & easy, the perfect combo.  A group of us Tenters could put it together instead of just all this endless hot air about hangings, glowbull worming, prosecuting the criminals, etc, etc.

I have no idea where you are coming from at this point in terms of today.

that’s freaking hilarious, and I think just the right sort of tone to take using non-violent resistance. I’m making this my new strategy for clearing security at airports.

It would be impossible to get everyone to go exempt on their taxes and we all know what would happen if a individual stopped paying although would make it quite difficult if everyone did it.They know that so they got you where they want you. Although the tea bag made a statement I don’t think they give a care one way or another as long as you send the check along with it. Do you really think they care what you or I or anyone thinks? How is that gonna scare them when they know people are too scared to go against them. Now if everyone sent a tea bag instead of a check that might get a response, and of course a response like all who refused would be called unamerican propaganda. 

i do enjoy the ‘diaper’ approach it brings a smile to my cheeks
but i think the airport boycott approach speaks volumes. as for head on….what other way is there to effectuate a return to our constitution? it will not be accomplished flashing in a trench coat for the nightly news. butting heads with buttheads makes a strong statement but cutting the head off of the snake kills the venom. treason is just that and needs be met with all the law of the land bar none! peacefull protest is a fine fantasy in orlando at disney world but in the state of the onion as it now exists passive i think is not productive. as for tea bags and tax returns i would post the teabag first with return address as the same as the mailing address. a continous loop like ‘the man who never returned’ wj

Yes, I see that our Forefathers did exactly what I am talking about… sharing and identifying the problem with the People to promote a single mind in instituting fundamental change. Now I know you don’t think it was just happenstance when they drafted the Declaration of Independence… or maybe you do? And maybe they were all just independently concentrating on bettering themselves and it was just a coincidental meeting? And maybe they didn’t need to know the resources and capabilities of their enemies? And maybe they didn’t need to strategize on how to implement their plan?

Good luck with that one.  Not saying it won’t happen, but go ahead and you be the organizer of a campaign to not pay taxes.  You can begin by not paying yours and see what happens.  Aaron Russo in that last interview posted here encouraged people to continue to pay taxes and change the system through other means, which I agree with.  But… with a bit of imagination, creative civil obedience can be used as a strong tool to make a statement.

Instead of organizing a tax revolt, consider organizing the creative filing of taxes.  Imagine if many many people, millions upon millions, were encouraged to hold off filing their returns until April 15th, then included a tea bag in the envelope with their tax return.  The tea bags could be perfumed with any number of individually harmless scents, but by the millions they would literally create a stink that could shut down the whole system.  That is one way to let them know we think the system stinks.

WANKA, instead of boycotting the airports, why not take things beyond what is required to clear security.  Why stop at taking off shoes.  Imagine going to the airport and taking all your clothes off except for a skimpy bathing suit (no indecent exposure charge).  Maybe show up in a trenchcoat with nothing on underneath except a pair of Depends!  A fun message in magic marker on the ‘bottoms’ could be, “WE DEPEND ON HOMELAND SECURITY!”  The first people to do that can notify news crews in advance to be there and report on it, it could start a rampage of copycat peaceful protesters.

The reality is there are many ways to cause change.  Might as well have some fun at it instead of doing what ‘they’ expect you to do, i.e. to fight them head on, which is all but a guaranteed loss.  *GB

…in favor of doing something other than perpetuating the problem by responding with the same type of BS we’re wanting to be rid of.  The answer is the raising of consciousness, beginning with the only person you have any possibility of changing.

Sounds like quite the radical venture, guaranteeing that you will be reinforcing the LT cycle of greed well into the future.  Should be quite the show.  I have only one question for you.  Did you see our Forefathers do anything even remotely similar to what you are suggesting?  I didn’t think so.  Our Forefathers avoided the distractions to concentrate on something that could work.   Like I said, earlier……….it’s your baby.

PMT, I disagree. I think that would be a fruitless, time consuming and counterproductive exercise.
