How?  Well, you are looking at two charts that are solidly in LT Bull markets, but you are looking at a ratio of one to the other.  Tell me, if you watch the best runners in the world compete against each other with both in the process of breaking all world records, do you run a ratio comparison of the two against each other and decide that both are doing poorly?

Tell me.  If we are getting close to the point in the time cycle where Gold and the PM stocks are going to go completely parabolic, do you think that monied interests might want to get prices of our two runners moving down to provide liquidity for them buy into?  If so, do you think that these monied interests might know that everybody on the tent is sitting around looking for the PM stocks to “lead”, and that such tenters are getting worried and dumping their shares.
