It is not uncommon to be on top of a say 15 foot wave and you can open your eyes and below is 12 foot of air and 3 foot of water. You do not want to flip out of the front of that wave and tumble on the shallow water.

The family will be here over the 4th. The middle grandson won the King of the celebration last year and rode next to the Queen on the convertible in the parade. He has to defend his title and the other two grandsons think they should have won last year so I am sure that they have strategies this year.
I took a Marquis-D’Alesme-Becker 2003 over for dinner. It took a long time to find its feet - it should have been opened an hour or more earlier. But do I open it at home - pour back into the bottle - take over and say well I opened it early to breathe? By the time it found it’s feet it was mostly gone. another hmmmm.
